According to the article 13 of the Act 1 and Act 2 of General Regulation on Protection of Personal Data form April 27th, 2016, we inform that:

  3. We require the following personal data to execute the provisions of the contract: name and surname, e-mail address or phone number, citizenship, identity card or passport number, address of residence or correspondence;
  4. We hold your personal data in order to fulfil your inquiry regarding the area of our activity (e.g., office rental inquiry) via e-mail, industry—specific portal, our website, telephone or personal contact;
  5. Your personal information is processed for the purposes necessary to provide intermediary services and fulfilling the obligations (such as tax payment) resulting from the agency contract. In addition, processing of customers' personal data for tax and accounting purposes is required by law. Moreover, we process personal data based on the legitimate interest of the Company;
  6. In order to fulfil the obligations resulting from the contract, your personal data will be made available to the parties carrying out transactions through the Company, as well as all supporting entities providing payment and consulting services (such as financial and credit consulting companies), and our business or advertising partners;
  7. Your personal data will be forwarded to servers located outside of Poland (France) and the European Economic Area (US) based on appropriate legal security protocols in the form of standard clauses of personal data protection approved by the European Commission;
  8. Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the contract, as well as after its termination in order to:
    • pursue any claims resulting from the contract,
    • fulfil any obligations resulting from legal provisions, in particular tax and accounting regulations,
    • prevent abuse and fraud (making data available to the police and other legal institutions),
    • maintain archives and statistics,
    • for a period of maximum 10 years from the date of termination of the contract;
  9. We guarantee that all your rights resulting from the general personal data protection regulation will be fulfilled. That includes: the right to access, rectify and delete data, limit their processing, right to transfer them, right not to be subjected to automated decision making and profiling, and the right to object to the processing of personal data;
  10. You have the right to issue a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data by the Company to the supervisory entity of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (address: Inspector General for Personal Data Protection, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw);

The Administrator takes all measures necessary to ensure all means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against their accidental or deliberate destruction, loss, change, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations

Consent for personal data processing for marketing purposes

We hereby inform that:

  1. Providing personal data for marketing purposes is voluntary;

  6. All provided personal data will be made available to business partners of the Administrator. All such entities will process your personal data exclusively on the basis of an agreement concluded with the Administrator.
  7. Your personal data will be forwarded to servers located outside of Poland (France) and the European Economic Area (US) based on appropriate legal security protocols in the form of standard clauses of personal data protection approved by the European Commission;
  8. Your data will be processed in an automated way, including profiling. The profiling of personal data by the Company is based on the processing of personal data by using them to evaluate certain information, in particular to analyse or predict personal preferences and interests;
  9. We guarantee that all your rights resulting from the general personal data protection regulation will be fulfilled. That includes: the right to access, rectify and delete data, limit their processing, right to transfer them, right not to be subjected to automated decision making and profiling, and the right to object to the processing of personal data;
