The Hamilton Asset Management team conducted negotiations for the timely sale agreement of 48 units in the Szwedzka 4 investment. The transaction involved the developer and the foreign investor from the PRS segment, Van der Vorm Group.

The marketing strategy was presented to the investor even before the building was handed over. It included budget requirements and a proactive approach to the leasing process.

We paid great attention to home staging and professional photo sessions. Additionally, we ensured the creation of a dedicated website, created in-house.

With the handover of the apartments, we established a rental office in the building itself. Additionally, we initiated a series of online campaigns aimed at acquiring tenants.

All apartments were leased within 4 months, and tenant management was handed over to the property management team. The presented property remains almost fully occupied at the time of writing this text.
